First Time Sign In

Welcome to PA Online! Your online personal record allows you to register for exams, log CME, update your personal information and more. As a first-time user, you will need to set-up your record by completing the email validation process, setting up a password and providing us your contact information.

Impersonating a PA by entering his or her record is misrepresentation and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

To complete the email validation process, enter your 7-digit NCCPA ID or email address along with date of birth. Then, wait to receive an email at the email address you have on record with us. Once you receive the email, click on the link that it contains, which will direct you to another secured web page where you will be able to establish a User ID and Password for your account.

If you do not receive your first time sign in email within 4 hours, check to be sure it is not in your spam folder. Make sure you do not have nccpa@nccpa.net or newsletter@nccpa.net blocked as spam. If either of those addresses are blocked as spam, please remove them from your spam list, and then repeat the process.

If you feel the email address that is on record with us may be incorrect, email your change request to nccpa@nccpa.net and include your 7-digit NCCPA ID Number.

If you need additional assistance, contact NCCPA at 678-417-8100.

Why do I have to complete the email validation process?

This process is designed to ensure that we have an accurate way to communicate with you when you do business with us over the Web. We'll send all confirmation emails to this address. Plus, the validation process enhances the security of your personal certification records. For your security, please don't provide your password to anyone else.
